Specialty Collaboration

Both artists, Kimmie and Sarah, are Ohio natives and went to Bowling Green State University. The two artists did not actually meet until living in Texas and were both working as art teachers in Aldine ISD. Sarah specializes in working with resin and creates gorgeous abstract pieces.

The two artists decided to explore with both specialities and create two maps of their home state. One map is inspired by The Ohio State University using colors like scarlet and grey. The second map is inspired by the stunning and infamous Ohio sunsets using contrasting warm and cool colors.
